All jobs require a Safe Food Handler Certificate (This can be obtained after hire).
All positions may be required to work at our location at 4197 Catherine St, Dorchester or our new location at The Flight Exec Centre Concession (just inside the main entrance). Reliable transportation is required.
Front of House
Our front of house workers are the face of our store. This position requires a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Job Tasks:
Opening and closing duties
Handling cash and working on the register
Making coffee and other drinks
Filling customer orders
Keeping a clean work environment
Restocking displays
Kitchen prep shifts/duties as required
Other duties as required
Pay: Minimum wage + Tips
Hours: 6h to 30h per week
Availability:
Monday to Saturday, 30mins before and after operating hours. Shifts are 3-8 hours long depending on availability of staff and the staffing needs for the store.
Kitchen Prep
Our Kitchen Prep team is responsible for creating the delicious treats on display in our store. This is a fast paced environment with specific steps and procedures that must be followed.
Job Tasks:
Prepping ingredients
Portioning cookie dough
Keeping a clean work environment
Packaging prep
Other duties as required
Pay: Minimum Wage
Hours: 6h to 25h+ per week
Availability: Monday to Friday (during the day or after school for students)
Baker/Baking Assistant
Our bakers and baking assistants are responsible for making dough and batter. They also bake every morning and throughout the day for the store.
Job Tasks:
Prepping ingredients
Following recipes to make doughs, batters, and more
Baking items for the store
Restocking ingredients
Maintaining a clean work environment
We are looking to fill two different shifts: (times can be somewhat flexible)
5:30am-1:30pm Weekdays
1:30pm-7pm Weekdays
Weekend Work: Sat/Sun 6:30am-3pm
Hours: 20h to 35h per week
Availability: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
This position is also available to Fanshawe Culinary and Bake Externship students.
